Are your hotel rates per person or per room?
Hotel rates are per room based on a maximum occupancy of two for 1 bed room, 4 person for 2 bedroom , and 6 person for 3 bedroom.
Are my credit card details necessary when making a reservation?
Yes, credit card will be needed to make the reservation. All the reservation made through our website will be charged automatically and non refund.

How safe are credit card details that are submitted online?
Our hotel uses SSL secure encryption to ensure that all your personal information and credit card details are kept confidential. The security of information is very important for us.

For added security, guests are requested to present the credit card used in the online booking/purchase of accommodation together with personal identification (ID card or passport) upon check-in.

Should you not wish to submit your credit card information online, we are pleased to accept reservations via fax or phone. However, credit card information will still be required to guarantee the reservation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Since all the reservation made through our website is non refund, cancellation will be charge full amount of the reservation.
Do you have a pets' policy?
No pets allowed.
What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in time is 2.00 pm.
Check-out time is 12.00 noon.
Is it possible to check-in early?
Early check-in is subject to room availability.
What is the charge for a late check-out?
Late check-out is subject to room availability and the charges are as follows:
Check out before 6.00 pm: 50% charge (based on overnight rate)
Check out after 6.00 pm: Full overnight rate
Does the hotel provide baby-sitting services?
Yes, baby-sitting services can be arranged upon request.
Are baby cots available?
Yes, baby cots are available upon request.
Where is breakfast served and at what time?
Breakfast will be served 6.00-10.00 on weekdays . 6.00-11.00 on weekends.
How many restaurants do you have and what are they?
We have one main restaurant, located on the ground floor, which serves International and local dishes. Light food and drinks will also be served at the Swimming pool .
Is vegetarian cuisine available in the restaurant?
Yes, vegetarian cuisine is available on request.
Is the food served in the restaurant 'halal'?
Strictly speaking, the food served is not 'halal', however, we have dishes available that are pork free. Upon request, 'halal' food can also be ordered in from 'halal' restaurants in the vicinity of the hotel.
Do you have 24-hour room service?
Room service will be available from 06.00 – 10.30 for food. Until midnight for beverages.

General Hotel Information

What are the length, width and depth of your pool?
Adult swimming pool is 1,020cm x 2,550cm x 145cm, Children swimming pool is 500cm x 1,400cm x 85cm (width*length*depth)
Do you have hairdryers in the rooms?
Yes, we provide hairdryers.
How far is the property from the airport and do you provide airport transfers? And if so, what is the cost?
The approximately time is a 50 minutes from Suvarnabhumi International Airport.
How much is an airport taxi or limousine?
An airport taxi is approximately THB 500nett per way including toll charges for normal. And our hotel are provided upon request at THB 2,118.60nett per way for a car and 3,060.20nett for a van.
Can luggage be stored at the property whilst I travel elsewhere?
Yes, for a maximum of 30 days.
What is the weather like at different times of the year?
Bangkok being a tropical city, weather is warm throughout the year with April and May being especially hot and sticky. June to September are cooler months (24-28c), however, it is the rainy season. The most pleasant time of year is October to February, where temperatures range from 25-28c with light breezes and only the occasional shower.
Is the tap water safe to drink?
No, tap water in Thailand is not potable. Complimentary bottled water is supplied to your rooms daily.
Is there a doctor on call?
Yes, for minor illnesses, otherwise, for urgent matters we recommend guests go to BNH Hospital which is just 5 minutes away.
How far is the nearest hospital?
BHN Hospital is a 5 minute drive from the hotel.
Where is the nearest bank or currency exchange?
The nearest bank is 200 meters walking distance into Soi Suanphu.
What time do banks open?
(Office) 8.30 am - 3.30 pm, Monday to Friday. (Department Store) 8.30 am – 19.00 pm, Monday to Friday.
What voltage is used in Thailand?
The voltage in Thailand is 220 volts. You can ask adaptor at the front desk.

Business Traveller

Can I connect my laptop in the room?
Yes, via a wireless connection.
What kind of internet connection do you provide and what is the cost?
Hi-speed Internet 30 Mbps (shared speed). For guests who make a booking directly online at www.urbanasathorn.com, www.urbanalangsuan.com or rsvn@urbanahospitality.com, internet connection is complimentary. Others are charged a small fee.
Are dual telephone sockets available in rooms?
No, they are not.

Shopping and Tourist Facilities

How far is the property from the Skytrain and MRT?
The Urbana Sathorn locate by 10 minute walk to BTS Sala Dang Station and a 15 minute walk to MRT Lumpini Station.
Are there shopping centres nearby?
The closest shopping center is Silom Complex, which is at BTS Sala Dang Station. Shopping center district (Paragon, Central World, MBK) is two BTS station away from the Urbana Sathorn or around 20 minutes’ drive.
How far is the property from well-known entertainment spots?
The closest entertainment spot is Silom area, which only takes 10 minutes by walking. It takes around 20-25 minutes by taxi from the property to Sukhumvit area, RCA, Ratchada and Thonglor & Ekamai area.
Do you have a tour desk?
Yes, the hotel concierge will be more than happy to help you organize any excursion or answer any question you may have regarding the city's attractions.
What and where are local tourist attractions?
Tourist attractions are located about the city, contact the concierge for more information.
